With an MSc. in International Human Resource Management from Bristol Business School, U.K., his knowledge, skills, and experience cut across different industries and all aspects of HR Management, which includes Work planning, development and implementation of HR Policies and procedures, Organisational Change Management, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, as well as Employee Relations.

With strong analytical skills, he is known for intellectual curiosity, excellent attention to detail, methodical, innovative, and sound judgment. He is an Associate Member of the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development, U.K. (Assoc CIPD), and a certified NLP Business Practitioner.

He is not a novice in agriculture as he is a trained agricultural economist with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
