About this solution
On the one hand, evidence has shown that agricultural firms do not exist beyond the first five years because of poor agri-enterprise managerial skills to manage unique risks in agricultural business. On the other hand, young agricultural graduates lack the hands-on skills to effectively manage agricultural enterprises and fit into the agricultural labour market upon graduation. To bridge this gap, we recruit agricultural graduates, train them, and deploy them as agricultural managers to agricultural organizations in Nigeria.
With this, we contribute to the job creation and sustainability of agricultural ventures in Nigeria.
